As the main production equipment for aviation composite materials, the hot pressing tank is a large plastic pressure vessel with an integral heating system and a structure of nose shaped hot pressing bacteria. Due to the fact that a hot press tank is a pressure vessel, its common structure is a cylinder with one end closed and the other end open, providing the necessary heat and pressure for the compaction and solidification of advanced composite material products. Usually, aerospace composite components have large dimensions, so hot pressed tanks must be larger. At the same time, some composite materials require higher pressure and temperature for forming, which requires the construction of special hot pressing tanks, but the cost will be quite high. Fortunately, most applications only require moderate temperature and pressure.
